The Georgia District Civitan Foundation recently changed the 2019 Scholarship application deadline to March 15, 2019 and will notify winners no later than April 30, 2019.
The Georgia District Civitan Foundation offers scholarships annually to Georgia high school seniors as follows:
- Two 2019 Georgia District Junior Civitan Scholarships in the amount of $1,000.00 each. Applicant must be an active member of a Junior Civitan Club.
- One 2019 Robert Wyand Junior Civitan Scholarship in the amount of $1,000.00. Applicant must be an active member of a Junior Civitan Club.
- Two 2018-2019 Alice Dodd Memorial Scholarships for Outstanding Community Service in the amount of $1,200.00 and $800.00.
- Two 2018-2019 Bobby Dodd Memorial Scholarships for Outstanding Community Service shall be awarded to a physically challenge student in the amount of $1,200.00 and $800.00.
