The monks from the Drepung Loseling Monastery will be visiting Unity North from November 27 – December 4, 2022.
Drepung Loseling is dedicated to the study and preservation of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition of wisdom and compassion. A center for the cultivation of both heart and intellect, it provides a sanctuary for the nurturance of inner peace and kindness, community understanding, and global healing.
Welcome to attend any of these activities:
· 11:15 am Sunday morning services on November 27 and December 4
· Mandala Sand Painting in the sanctuary during the week. Sanctuary open during the day
· Lecture on “Mindfulness and Meditation” on Wednesday, November 30 at 7 pm in the sanctuary
Donations collected at the Mandala Sand Painting and merchandise sales help support over 3,000 monks at the Drepung Loseling Monastery in exile in India.
