Join us for the Sandy Springs Health and Wellness Expo, Presented by Crunch Fitness. This one-day event will connect you with an array of health and wellness professionals showcasing incredible products and services.

You will also be encouraged to participate in our various fitness classes, workshops and other activities. Fitness Enthusiasts will also get to meet and interact with some of the biggest fitness icons in the world. The Sandy Springs Wellness Expo will host several events including Yoga, Bootcamp, Martial Arts and our 5k/10k race.
