Considered one of the long standing races for Marietta, over 200 runners are expected to participate in the Walton Raider Chase Road Race on February 13th as it returns to it’s historical venue, Raider Valley.
The Race is a USA Track & Field Sanctioned Race and is expected to generate fast times as the course is composed of few hills as it starts and finishes at Walton High School.
The Walton Raider Chase 5K will be a celebration of both running and Raider Pride.
Tour the streets of East Cobb and enjoy an Olympic style track finish, complete with live music. Unique awards, awesome raffle prizes ! Awards will be presented to the top male and female runners overall, and the top male and female runners in age groups from 10 and under to 70 and older.
The On the Track Olympic Start kicks off at Raider Valley at Walton High School 1590 Bill Murdock Road, Marietta/East Cobb 30068 at 8:00 a.m., Saturday, February 13th.
