High-quality summer programs are critical in making sure that Georgia’s young students fight the effects of the summer slide! “Summer slide” is the loss of academic skills that occurs when school is not in session. East Cobb kids are one month into their summer vacation, AND just one month away from starting a new school year!  Here are two programs the Cobb County School District has implemented to help Cobb students.

Cobb Course Refresher

The Cobb Course Refresher gives high school students an opportunity to gain a greater comfort level with course content by reviewing digital lessons. Students who register for the Cobb Course Refresher may review content for courses taken during the 2021-2022 school year or preview courses they will take during the 2022-2023 school year. You can find more information about this program here.
