Advance Care Planning

Advance care planning is making decisions about
the care you would want to receive, if you become
unable to speak for yourself. These are your decisions
to make, regardless of what you choose for your care,
and the decisions are based on your personal values,
preferences, and discussions with your loved ones. Come
to this seminar to learn more about it. Presented by Good
Life Club.

Oak Hill & Martha Berry Museum

is due at registration. Take a trip to Oak Hill & Martha Berry
Museum, one of Georgia’s most prized attractions, located in Rome.
The museum opened in 1972 as a historic house and history museum.
You will enjoy a tour of the dwelling led by Berry College students.
Also, take a leisurely walk through the gardens. After the tour there will
be lunch at Harvest Moon Café. Price includes luxury motor coach,
lunch, dinner, and driver’s tip. No refunds unless the trip is cancelled.

Tornado Safety

present a wealth of information on the important health
and wellness topic of hearing. The ability to hear is the most
important factor in the anatomy and physiology of the balance
mechanism. Different disorders associated with this
body function can plague our aging process. Luckily, treatment
and lifestyle changes can alleviate such problems.

AARP Smart Driver

$15 AARP members, $20 Non-members (cash or check).
The AARP Smart Driver course is a refresher course
specifically designed for drivers age 50 and older.
Drivers may benefit from a discount on their auto
insurance upon completing the course. Refresh your
driving skills and your knowledge of the rules — and
hazards — of the road. Check with your insurance agent
about a possible discount. Bring a lunch.
