2023 Marietta Greek Festival

East Cobb’s beloved Marietta Greek Festival is back!

Return to Greece yet again at the 33rd Annual Marietta Greek Festival on May 19th, 20th, and 21st!

Come enjoy authentic Greek dishes, live music, and folk dancing as you make your way around the festival and experience the beauty of Greek culture.
Outside, enjoy the savory aroma of delicious gyros, smoked lamb sandwiches, souvlaki, and keftedes (Greek style meatballs). Listen to live Greek music and watch authentically costumed dancers perform in the South’s only Greek amphitheater!

Inside, enjoy Greek pastries and other delicacies sure to make everyone happy. Explore the Agora (marketplace) and visit numerous merchants and artists. Watch cooking demonstrations and learn the secrets of authentic Greek cuisine. Be sure to not miss the guided tours of a Byzantine-style sanctuary that is filled with beautiful iconography as you learn more about the Orthodox faith.

Back outdoors, there are various crafts, games, and other activities in the Kid’s area which your children can enjoy before trying delicious baklava ice cream. If you’re thirsty, stop by the Taverna for Greek wine, beer, and liqueur. We also offer portable food options with a Greek Street Food tent. And your visit is not complete unless you stop by the Kafeneion and enjoy a Greek style coffee or a Frappe along with delicious loukoumades (deep-fried dough dipped in honey and cinnamon) and other treats.

Admission is $5 and children under 12 are free. This year we are offering special online ticket packages which include free admission as well as other substantial deals. Please note that we donate a portion of our proceeds to local charities.

The festival takes place at Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church (3431 Trickum Road; Marietta GA 30066), with complimentary parking & shuttle services. The hours of operation are:

Friday, May 19 4:00pm – 10:30pm
Saturday, May 20 11:00am – 10:30pm
Sunday, May 21 11:00am – 4:00pm
