Local Theatre Brings Big Laughs with Ken Ludwig’s Lend Me a Soprano

CenterStage North is thrilled to present Lend Me a Soprano by Tony Award–winning playwright Ken Ludwig, opening Friday, October 3rd and running through October 13th at The Art Place – Mt View.

This madcap comedy, set in 1934, follows a chaotic night at the opera when a world-famous soprano fails to appear for a performance. With mistaken identities, slamming doors, and over-the-top characters, the evening spirals into hilarious mayhem.

“Ken Ludwig is one of America’s greatest comic playwrights,” said Jerry Jobe, director of the production. “Audiences will love the blend of witty dialogue, outrageous situations, and heartwarming moments.”
