Physical Therapy Falls Prevention

The East Cobb Library is pleased to partner with PT Solutions Physical Therapy, one of our neighbors in the Parkaire Landing Shopping Center. A physical therapist from PT Solutions will be conducting a weekly falls prevention exercise program. This class is part of the East Cobb Library Wellness Senior Series in partnership with local wellness instructors. However, all adults ages 18+ are welcome to attend. Registration required.
