Physical Therapy Falls Prevention

FreeJoin a certified physical therapist from PT Solutions Physical Therapy as they lead the class through exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles which could help prevent harmful falls. All adults ages 18+ are welcome. Registration required. Please contact the East Cobb Library Information Desk at 770-509-2730 to reserve your spot.
