Senior Yoga

The East Cobb Library is pleased to partner with local certified Yoga instructor, Toni Needel as part of our Senior Wellness Series. Join Toni as she leads the class through Yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mind-calming techniques. All poses can be modified to be performed from a sitting position. Perfect for senior citizens or people with physical disabilities. All adults ages 18+ are welcome. Registration required.
