The East Cobb Alliance is hosting a Public Safety Information event via Zoom

The East Cobb Alliance is hosting a Public Safety Information event via Zoom this Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 7:00 PM –  8:00 PM EST. (Zoom info will be provided below.)

The purpose of this event is to ask public safety leaders and experts questions about current public safety services, how they are currently provided, aid agreements, and what happens during a transitional period should the cityhood vote pass. The public safety personnel will be on the call to educate, not advocate.

Additionally, the community will have the opportunity to ask questions in an open format during the call.

Media is invited to also join the call and ask questions as well.

Confirmed attendees from Cobb County are:

Cobb PD Chief Stuart VanHoozer
Fire Chief of Staff Michael Cunningham
Deputy Chief of Response Mike Schutz
911 Director Melissa Alterio

ECA Host: Mindy Seger, Chair of East Cobb Alliance, Inc.

The format of the zoom meeting will allow 15-20 minutes for introductions and an overview of the departments represented, then Q&A for the remainder of the hour call.
