Must be 18 years or older to participate. WellScreen services include any of the following: Comprehensive Metabolic
Panel: $20; Lipid Panel: $30; Thyroid Screening: $20; Hemoglobin A1C: $25; PSA: $40(Doctors order required for PSA test); Bone Density: $35; and a Personal Wellness Profile: $20.
