For this week’s Facebook Friday Freebie, we’ve teamed up with Chattahoochee Nature Center to give you the chance to win a 6-pack of tickets to the Butterfly Encounter happening NOW through August 2nd! One lucky East Cobber will win 6-pack of tickets to the Butterfly Encounter at the Chattahoochee Nature Center! Tickets include General Admission to the CNC.
The year’s most popular exhibit is back for its 7th summer. Get up close and personal with hundreds of native butterflies surrounded by colorful nectar plants. Photo opportunities abound, be sure to bring your camera. Nectar sticks will be provided, but please feel free to BYOS (bring your own stick). You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase nectar and host plants to start your own butterfly garden or supplement your existing garden.
THE DETAILS
Included with general admission and free to CNC Members. Visitors must purchase admission tickets in advance, which include a date and time to visit the center. Members will also be required to make a reservation for their visit.
*They will not be able to accommodate walk ups at the encounter.
*The date and time on your admission ticket will double as your designated time to visit the encounter.
*To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors, they are drastically reducing the capacity of our outdoor Butterfly Encounter tent to ensure space for social distancing.
*Center-wide policies and procedures have been implemented to offer the best experience possible. They can be viewed on the Plan Your Visit page.
*During inclement weather (including rain, excessive wind, and/or thunder) the encounter may close temporarily for safety reasons.
