Did your children bring home more Halloween candy that you anticipated? Fitness Together owners Katie and Mike Warechowski are helping the community with their sugar hangover! To celebrate their 15th anniversary and their move into a new, larger space, they are hosting a “Candy Buy Back Day,” buying your children’s leftover sweets for 25 cents an ounce.
They will match that amount and donate it to Revved Up Kids, metro Atlanta’s only nonprofit providing prevention education programs to empower children and teens to protect themselves from predators and sexual violence.
Take a break for sugar overload, let your children earn a little pocket money and support a critically important organization protecting our children. Revved Up Kids will be there to weigh your candy and share information on safety programs available to Cobb kids.
So stop in Election Day, Nov. 8 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and your little goblin can make a little cash while helping a good cause. Fitness Together is located at 1000 Johnson Ferry Road, Suite 412, in Marietta. For more information call 770.321.1347.
