Are you looking for a fun, safe environment for your child this summer or after school? Are you seeking an affordable family outing? Do you miss having quality time with your children? Heroic Gaming might be the answer to these enduring parenting dilemmas. Heroic Gaming is a new game store that has the largest inventory of board and role playing games you can find locally.

However, it’s not just a game store. The site offers comfortable tables and open spaces for people to come together and play games. You can rent one of their hundreds of games and try it as a family or group. Concession food and a dedicated environment give it an “outing” feel, and it is an interesting alternative for family or group fun.

Additionally, Heroic Gaming has partnered with nearby schools to offer after-school programs for elementary students. Kids will complete their homework, eat a snack and enjoy quality activities like painting, games and crafts.

Heroic Gaming also offers a summer camp alternative. The camp includes daily field trips to venues like the Atlanta Zoo, Marietta Museum and Tellus Museum. Parents can reserve spots for their children for the day or the week, depending on need. Founder Corey Weese has a background in security, so he makes sure that every employee passes a thorough background check. He ran an after school program for three years, so he knows what engages children and what calms parents. As a busy dad of three, he was challenged to find an enjoyable option for families and also a safe, appealing environment for kids after school and during the summer.

“Through Heroic Gaming, I am creating a place I’ve been seeking for my own children – a spot where they learn, have fun and engage with each other,” says Corey.

Heroic Gaming opened its doors June 5, and is conveniently located next to the Movie Tavern in Sandy Plains Village, 4651 Woodstock Road, in Roswell. For more details on games, summer camps, after school, parent nights out and birthday parties, visit heroicgaming.net or call 770-709-4376.
