Cobb County School District has scheduled the holiday break from December 23 until January 3. To fend off winter break cabin fever, it’s time to make plans to keep your kids busy for that long stretch off of school. To ensure a jolly season for all, here are some holiday camps in and around East Cobb.
Camp Kingfisher’s Winter Break Camp
Campers will enjoy live animal encounters, outdoor games, hikes, hot chocolate, and StarLab, CNC’s inflatable planetarium.

Dynamite Days Off Camp
During the school holidays, join the McCleskey YMCA for activities including swimming, crafts, sports and group games.

School’s Out Camp
This program offers the chance to enjoy a wide variety of fun-filled activities. Camps focus on swimming, sports, art, drama and more.

Young Chefs Academy Winter Camps

The Food Studio Winter Break Camp
These are individual day camps with different menus each day. Kids will create various drinks, snacks and foods that are nutritious and cozy for the colder temperatures. Register for one, two or all four days.

Open Play Camp
Run, play, jump and tumble in one of the two gyms and enjoy a day of free play. Call to reserve at least 48 hours in advance, walk-ins will not be accepted due to child to teacher ratio.
