Frosty! A Very Merry Musical! It’s December 23rd and Paddy Moran, a homeless man living in Central Park, befriends an orphan named Billy who has come to New York in order to keep a promise made to his mother: to build the best snowman ever. Billy builds a snowman and places a magical hat on its head, christening his new friend “Frosty.” Magically, Frosty comes to life and leads Billy on an adventure through the streets of New York. Candy Cane Fun Run. All runners, walkers, and even skippers are invited for a jolly good time! Come dressed in your ugly holiday sweater, or other festive attire. The fun run is a 2.4k course that is not timed. After the run, enjoy a hayride through the park and roasting marshmallows. Art Place gets Frozen partnering with From the Top Theatrics to offer the coldest event of the season. There will be 2 sessions. Each session will begin with a 15-minute live version of Frozen: The Musical. After the show, families will have 6 different crafts they can make, have an opportunity for photographs with their characters from the show, and explore the Artist Market for holiday gifts. 11am-1pm and 2-4pm. $15. Roswell Holly Jolly Family Fishing Derby. Holiday cheer is in the air and the fish are biting, too! A grand prize will be awarded for the largest fish and there will be various other prize categories by age. This is a great way to get the whole family out for a fun day around the lake with a special visit from Santa!
