It’s time to dust off those dancing shoes as KSU OLLI prepares for its “Paris Nights” winter social on Monday, February 13 from 6 to 9 p.m at KSU Center.

Guests will have the opportunity to socialize, meet new friends and enjoy a delicious dinner accompanied by live entertainment. Jeni Michelson & The Society Express Band will be playing tunes for the night. Known as a hip “little big band,” the group possesses an impressive repertoire from Swing, Motown, Classic Rock & Funk to Salsa, Pop, Country, Beach and Blues.

“It’s a great pleasure to see these events come to fruition,” said Continuing Education Dean Barbara Calhoun. “OLLI socials bring our community together. They provide our guests with a wonderful time.”

OLLI at KSU offers a vibrant selection of educational and social opportunities for adults age 50 and older. Classes at OLLI are offered year round in the areas of technology, art and music, finance, fitness, leisure and more. Members of OLLI come from diverse backgrounds and professions. They share the desire to stay intellectually active and engaged through short courses, excursions and social events.

OLLI’s “Paris Nights” social is sponsored by Marietta Hearing Center. The cost for the event is $10 per person and includes buffet style dinner and live entertainment. Advance registration is required and can be completed online at ccpe.kennesaw.edu or by calling 470-578-6765.
