Ukulele Club at JMEC. Come and learn new songs and enjoy playing your Ukulele in a group setting. Players will learn chords and strumming techniques while learning new songs. JULY 14-23

180th Marietta Campmeeting. For nearly 200 years, fellow Christians have come together, on this sacred ground, to share their experiences with God. Campmeeting is a non-denominational revival where everyone is invited to join in the glorious celebration of our Lord. Starts with a covered dish picnic at 6pm on Friday followed by the first service at 7:30pm. Services will be held twice daily (11am and 7:30pm) the remaining days ending with the 11am service on Sunday, July 23. Guest pastors and speakers. Jukebox Giants: Motown and More! This stellar show will transport any music lover on a trip back to the golden age of classic pop and Motown music, featuring everyone’s favorite hits from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s. Marietta Square Art Walk. Enjoy an evening of shopping, dining, and a variety of arts & culture, around the charming streets of the Marietta Square.  Top local dance, musical, visual and performing artists share their talent in front of the many boutiques, restaurants, galleries, and museums of the culturally rich and authentic Marietta Square. Upcycling: Tote Bag to T-shirt. Upcycling is the process of transforming unwanted object into useful treasures.  Help build a better world this summer by giving old junk a new purpose… like making tote bags from old t-shirts! This program is for tweens who have completed grades 4 and 5.
