Innovative speaker series brings national figures to Cobb County

The woman who chose forgiveness over a lifetime of anger after her young son was killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings. Two psychology thought-leaders on a mission to make compassion an integral part of business and leadership. The midwife at the helm of metro Atlanta’s first holistic birth center. These are just some of the speakers who will tell their unique stories at LIFE Talks this May.

Right in Cobb County’s own backyard, LIFE Talks World Congress is a two-day seminar that explores the limitless human experience, with contemporary topics regarding business, education, health care and society. With a theme of “A Life of Integrity,” LIFE Talks 2016 promises a captivating speaker series.

Ten expert storytellers will grace the LIFE Talks stage, bringing fascinating national discussions to Cobb County. Chiropractor and alternative health expert Dr. Drew Rubin will use a real-life case to explore the importance of integrity in health care decision-making. Famous author, speaker and TV personality Dr. Barbara De Angelis will discuss the depth of the relationship with one’s self. Scarlett Lewis will share why she began the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement after the untimely death of her son.

Beyond engaging stories and invaluable networking, LIFE Talks and its speakers offer “LIFE Talks Lifestyle Changes” (LTLCs) – empowering, useful tips that attendees can begin applying to their own lives after leaving the event. From healthier choices to mindful skill sets, LTLCs challenge attendees to be more than just listening ears, but activators of integrity in their own lives.

This May 12-13 in Marietta, GA, LIFE Talks is hosted by Life University, the not-so-little University that is changing the world. Learn more and register at LIFE.edu/LIFETalks.
