Considering Maya: A Performance Dialogue. Rhapsody’s Revue will present a performance dialogue surrounding the life and work of Dr. Maya Angelou. Proceeds from this community performance will benefit the domestic violence and sexual abuse prevention programs at the Marietta Student Life Center. Performers from Marietta High School and the Cobb community will dance, sing and present poetry in honor of Dr. Angelou’s commitment to bringing awareness to survivorship and resilience. 2pm-4pm. $20; Marietta City School students with ID are free.
