wait for a specialist or a long night in the ER. That gap is what OS1 was built to close, and this spring we fully opened in Kennesaw.
OS1 is a non-surgical orthopedic clinic, so our focus is getting you moving again. We treat sprains and strains, joint and back pain, sports injuries, fractures, and the wear-and-tear aches that come with age. Everything sits under one roof, so you can see a provider, get an X-ray, and have an MRI in the same visit. No separate imaging center, no weeks waiting on answers. Our MRI is open, so there’s no tube to get closed in.
Our Kennesaw clinic is led by Dr. Andrew Alexander. He trained in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mayo Clinic and completed a sports medicine fellowship at Emory, where he covered the Atlanta Falcons, the Atlanta Hawks, and local high school athletes. He specializes in ultrasound-guided injections and treatments that help the body heal without surgery.
