Launching her new company in 2019, Love feels strongly as a mother of two young children and member of the community that her company adhere to a mission of honor. This mission states that Closed With Love:

With 10 years in the industry, Love’s fascination with real estate has roots back to the 1990s when she was studying abroad at Zhongshan University in Guangzhou, China. “The country and the city were both transitioning during that time,” explains Love. “You would see new modern high rises with small, dilapidated shacks interspersed among them, revealing a drastic economic contrast. Through this experience, I began to see the role that real estate plays in a community, and I thought how exciting to be part of that enterprise.”
Fast forward a few years, Love became an operations manager for an Atlanta investor who flipped distressed homes (mainly short sales) where she helped facilitate short sale transactions, helping families find a way out of foreclosure. Then in 2010, she became licensed to sell real estate in Georgia.
Love wore several different hats in the industry as her career progressed, including short sale facilitator, real estate paralegal, and commercial property developer. In 2016, she found her niche in residential sales at Crown Realty Group. Her sales volume climbed over the next three years to 16.9 million in sales volume in 2019 and 57 units sold.
With a proven track record, Love made the decision to start her own team. Then in January 2020, she signed with Marco Turner of Atlantic Real Estate Brokers, LLC. Love says her business philosophy aligns with the broker’s forward-thinking, strategic approach to sales. “Like me, this particular broker places a lot of weight on respect and gratitude,” she comments. “And the team model is to think outside the box while focusing on every agent’s success. Together, we can win as we work with Atlanta’s top lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and vendors.”
Love brings energy, enthusiasm, and 10 years of learning the business to Closed With Love. “I have learned teamwork from the veterans, and at the same time, have learned how to incorporate technology into selling,” she says. “Technology has changed the fabric of the real estate business, and I owe a great deal of my success to strategically using the internet. Ninety percent of my business has been from internet buyers.”
When Love is not selling real estate, you can find her with her husband, two children, and golden doodle hiking Georgia trails or supporting other East Cobb businesses. She is a member of the Cobb Association of Realtors and a three-year member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.
