Diamond Point Development is headed by brothers East Cobb resident Jason Sommer and Atlanta resident Aaron Sommer, who are both experienced in all facets of commercial real estate, including ground-up self-storage development and asset management.
“A big driver of self-storage was the closing of in-person college classes, such as nearby Kennesaw State University, due to COVID.
