2/ Drive-In Movie Night-The Secret Lives of Pets 2

Pack your car with your favorite movie snacks and drinks (no alcohol allowed). Gather your outdoor chairs and blankets and join the Cobb County PARKS Department for an outdoor movie experience. The park will open at 6:30pm. Staff will coordinate family art projects (with proper social distancing) and have a trivia question time prior to the movie. The main event is scheduled to begin around 7:30pm.

We are so fortunate that Atlanta has a vast array of parks and trails to explore! Get out and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine and visit Blue Heron Nature Preserve. The preserve is a 30-acre haven for nature in an urban environment dedicated to preserving the natural and native world that exists within the Preserve.Located in Buckhead, it serves as a home for a variety of wildlife and native plant species with trails to enjoy.

4/  Music Minutes presented Live by Bach to Rock

SHE’S BAAACK!! EAST COBBER FRUGAL FUNMOM 3

It is time for your preschoolers to make some rock and roll! Children will be able to channel their inner Bach and release their Rihanna in this interactive musical program that will expose them to live instruments and foundational musical concepts while having fun. Materials needed: simple at home noise makers such as rice in a water bottle, empty cans, wooden spoons, forks, pots and pans. The noisier, the better! This program is recommended for ages 4-7 years old.

When: Thursdays at 11-11:30am

5/  Virtual Short Story Camp

Register Now for Lift2Enrich’s virtual Summer Writing Camp. Campers will strengthen their creative writing skills in a safe environment that builds confidence in their ability to communicate effectively. Let’s help students strengthen writing skills while having fun. Participants must attend all 5 days of the camp. Recommended for ages 11-17.
