How long did it take you to lose the weight? I started a program called 20/30 FastTrack East Cobb on March 1, 2019. So, 7 months.
Why You Lost Weight: I lost weight to get healthy, and live a long life which, hopefully, will include meeting my grandchildren!
Can you share your biggest challenge? I was worried that I wouldn’t be successful, as I had tried numerous other programs and ended up regaining the weight I lost and then some.
How Did You Lose It? The 20/30 program is a trifecta combination of eating grocery store foods, taking natural vitamins and supplements to balance hormonal imbalance, drinking a gallon of water a day, and getting daily coaching by the best of the best, Tiffany Tippett!
Favorite Healthy Foods: Proteins (chicken, turkey, fish, and beef), veggies (spinach and asparagus), and fruits…my favorite are Ambrosia Apples!
What Keeps You Motivated: I stay motivated by achieving my goals, feeling healthier and happier than I have felt in decades, and the love and support of family and friends!
How Has Your Life Changed? 20/30 FastTrack and my coach literally saved my life! I am free of painful joints, have TONS of energy, acid reflux is GONE, free of all medications, no night sweats or mood swings. I sleep better and think clearer. I’ve also learned what foods I can and cannot eat as they create physiological stress and inflammation in my body
Lesson Learned: I have learned that I am strong and stubborn, a survivor! But the most amazing lesson I have learned is the same ones I taught my own children and the ones I teach in my classroom…you can achieve any goal you set your mind to with perseverance, effort and patience. You are only limited by your own thoughts…so, think positively and shine!
