Wheeler High School Career Technology Agriculture & Engineering (CTAE) is proud to announce the winner of the 2016 Ray Kroc Award: Broadcast & Audio Video Technology & Film (AVTF) student Lexie Newhouse.
Lexie completed four years in the Wheeler CTAE Audio Video Technology & Film program and distinguished herself not only as a pathway completer, but also as a “Wheeler Morning News” co-anchor for two years, sports news reporter and producer; photographer and editor for “Wildcat TV” for three years; a “STEM Live” Host for two years; and Broadcast Honor’s Night Award Winner 2016. Lexie is known throughout the Wheeler community for her amazing work ethic, kindness to others and outstanding character. It is because of these traits that she was awarded the esteemed Ray Kroc Award at Wheeler’s Graduation Night on May 25, 2016.
