BEAT THE HEAT AT THE 21ST ANNUAL DOG DAYS 5K

Whether you’re an experienced runner chasing a personal best, a casual walker enjoying time with friends, or participating from anywhere in the world as a Phantom Runner, everyone is welcome. The Dog Days 5K is designed for participants of all ages and fitness levels, proving that every step can make an impact.

True to its name, the race embraces the “dog days” of summer while encouraging the community to come together for a great cause. Hosted by the Rotary Club of East Cobb, the event has become much more than a race. Over the years, proceeds have helped the club donate more than $900,000 to local and international charitable service projects, supporting organizations that improve lives both close to home and around the world.

Gather your family, invite your friends, or organize a team from your neighborhood or workplace. Whether you run, jog, walk, volunteer, or cheer from the sidelines, you’ll be part of a community tradition built on service, generosity, and fun.
