Cobb County residents can take a look at the plans for — and submit official comments on — the Lower Roswell Road transportation project through the end of this month.

Cobb County Department of Transportation staff are providing a virtual open house through an online platform for the public to view the concept plans and fact sheets about the project. Residents can view the info and submit comments until April 30.

The project is part of the voter-approved 2011 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST), and includes a combination of intersection improvements, a raised median, bicycle lanes and sidewalks as a means of improving traffic flow and safety along Lower Roswell Road.

The purpose of this virtual open house is to provide the public with an opportunity to view the concept being advanced and to express their interest and questions. This information will be available for review through April 30, 2021.  Please note that there is no scheduled event or presentation related to this open house.
