Keynote Speaker: Holly Tuchman – Robert Kent Galleries

What would happen to YOUR business if you did not show up to work for a day? A week? A month? If you cannot say it would continue substantially like it was before then you may have a key person dependency issue.

July ECBA Luncheon speaker Holly Tuchman learned how dependent her business was on her when she experienced an unplanned illness that sidelined her for two months. Hear from Holly what she and her company learned from this experience and how a little planning can make a potentially company ending event not only survivable, but also remove you as a key dependency in the business, freeing your resources to grow the business in other ways.

Holly will share ideas on how to determine how an organization might run without you or one of your key employees, how to put a plan in place to reduce the risks and how to test it. Holly L. Tuchman spent 11 years running a non-profit where she grew the budget by over 2 million dollars and then transitioned to her current role as co-founder and curator of Robert Kent Galleries, a fine arts gallery and custom frame shop on the Historic Square in Marietta.
