Technology Today Series: Introducing “E-BOOK”

Learn about the newest technological wonders. The first session will introduce e-books, a hands-on class that offers a general overview of e-book (what they are, the difference between screens, E-ink vs LCD, etc.). Learn how to shop for books, find free books, play games, music and change the font sizes.

Understanding Macular Degeneration

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is a chronic condition that causes central vision loss. The older you are, the greater your risk of being affected. Learn the symptoms of AMD as early detection is important to avoid vision loss. Visual screenings will be available at this meeting.

Ice Cream and a Movie: Avatar
