An event every month that begins at 11:00 am on day Second of the month, repeating indefinitely
The East Cobb Library is pleased to partner with local certified Yoga instructor, Nancy Sauer, as part of our Senior Wellness Series. Join Nancy as she leads the class through Yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mind-calming techniques. All poses can be performed from a sitting position. Perfect for senior citizens or people with physical disabilities. All adults ages 18+ are welcome.
