Stretch and Balance
Spring Session: April 8 – June 24
Classes focus on releasing stress and tension, connecting with the breath, improving alignment, strength, flexibility and mobility. This class uses classic Hatha poses with some modifications to accommodate all levels of students. Open to the community. Registration by session only. Maximum class size: 15
Classes are Monday and Wednesdays at 10am, Aerobics room – $13/class. Register in person at the front desk of the gym or by calling 770-971-5280.
