Inner Engineering Meditation Program in Atlanta- Feb 22 to 25, 2024

A 4-day Inner Engineering Total program in Atlanta from February 22nd-25th, 2024. The program will be conducted by an Isha Yoga teacher trained by Sadhguru.
Designed by Sadhguru, Inner Engineering is an experiential step-by-step process to unleash the power within you – the power to transform your life with the science of Yoga. The program is open to anyone age 15 and above, and does not require any physical agility or previous experience of Yoga.
The program will start with a free 1-hour introductory talk on Thursday, February 22nd at 6:30 PM. You may invite your friends and family to attend.
