SATURDAY, JUNE 5: LANTERN PARADE-TAKE IT TO THE RIVER
Pre-parade activities in the Steel Canyon Golf Club will run from 7-9pm and will feature food, entertainment, and children’s activities. The parade will step off at 9:00 p.m. to make its way down to Morgan Falls Overlook Park where participants will be able to catch a glimpse of some spectacular floating lanterns on the river! TUESDAY, JUNE 8: PLAY AT COGBURN PARK & ARBORETUM
Cogburn Park is six-acre park with amenities that include a .2-mile concrete walking path, cornhole boards, an arboretum, a Play Me Again piano, Little Free Library, restroom facilities and passive play area. Two small pavilions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for intimate family picnics and celebrations. The large playground serves youth age 2-5 years and 5-12 years. The arboretum features a collection of seven trees functioning as a living museum that can be used for education, research, and enjoy.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 9: LET’S GO BOWLING!
Kids Bowl Free is a national program designed by bowling centers to give back to the community. Children registered in the program get to bowl two games for free Monday through Saturday during the summer at their local bowling alley. Get them off the couch, away from the tablet and smartphone and out on the lanes having fun!
