Turkey-time is just around the corner, which means buying, preparing, and serving the food, plus clean up. But this year, things are obviously a bit different. East Cobbers who’d normally be dining out on Thanksgiving will be doing it at home this year, but really, between the cleanup, the potential for dry turkey and the possibility of a forgotten ingredient, there’s plenty of stress that comes with cooking your own turkey at home. So, instead of stressing out to prepare a meal, help support local restaurants who need our help this Thanksgiving. Hang up your apron, pick up the phone and order a Thanksgiving turkeys (and/or sides) for the holiday. Or if you are feeling brave, dine out at the few restaurants that are open on Thanksgiving Day. Oh, and did we mention no family-sized mess to clean up afterward? That’s a win-win in our book!
